Delivery timeframes

• our abayas are made-to-order - please allow 2 weeks for production
• in stock articles will be shipped out within 1-3 business days
• we offer free shipping within Canada
• once the order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number
• shipping within Canada typically takes 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays

Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed

mireya is not liable for:

• delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• courier service issues
• packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen - all circumstances which are beyond our control

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for any reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

• slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting and screen differences
• measurements may vary slightly as each piece is carefully hand-crafted
